    Stumbled upon these in Erewhon (I know, I know) and all other gluten free crackers are now ruined for me. These have such a pure, buttery taste, but it’s the texture that actually shocked me. They hold together and aren’t flimsy, but they’re so tender and just crumble in your mouth. I don’t know how they managed this with only four ingredients, but I see myself stopping at Erewhon often just to get more of these.
